Shipping, Returns & Warranty
We ship using a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If a specific carrier is desired, please include a note in your order or it will be left to our discretion.
We love to see our products travel the world. International shipping rates will vary and additional handling costs may be applied to your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product I've made for you please contact me and I will do everything in my power to make it right. Most non-custom items can be returned if there is no damage and they can be re-sold.
All of our products have a lifetime warranty. If your product fails for any reason we will be happy to repair or replace it. If your product is damaged by something other than what would be considered normal use (if for instance your dog, Scout, got a hold of it) we would be happy to repair the product for a small fee. In general, if there's an issue I'll make it right, so please contact me and we'll take it from there.
